1. 運営者と適用範囲
エルアンドアールトレードステージ合同会社（以下「当社」）は、iOS・iPadOS・Android向けアプリ「トキシルベ：導（しるべ）カード」および本ウェブサイトを運営します。本ポリシーは、各プラットフォームで提供する対応版に共通して適用します。

2. アプリで取り扱う情報
利用者が選択した機能に応じ、次の情報を端末内で取り扱います。
- 導カードに入力する問い、確認できている事実、未確認の推測、選択肢、重視する価値、判断、行動予定、振り返り日、結果および気づき
- 導カードへ任意で追加する占いの一文、その出典、採用・一部採用・不採用の選択および理由
- 今日の運勢に使用する生年月日、血液型、判定された星座
- 姓名判断またはアルファベット名鑑定に入力する氏名
- 手相機能で利用者が撮影または選択した左右の手の写真
- 手の写真から端末内で抽出した撮影品質、形状、線候補等の解析情報
- 保存を選択した鑑定結果、計算方式、仕様バージョン
- 表示言語、初回説明の確認状態等のアプリ設定
これらは、導カードと鑑定の作成、表示、端末内保存、再閲覧、比較、振り返り、印刷・共有および削除機能の提供に使用します。
3. 端末内処理・文章補助・手の写真
導カードの記録、占いの入力と結果は原則として利用者の端末内で処理し、当社のサーバーへ送信しません。アカウント登録および当社独自のクラウド同期はありません。
導カードの文章候補は、対応するOSおよび端末ではOSが提供する端末内文章生成機能を使用します。利用できない場合は、アプリに内蔵した固定候補を表示します。導カードの入力を当社が運用する外部AIサーバーへ送信しません。候補は判断を代行するものではなく、利用者が確認・編集・採否を決定します。
手相機能では、利用者の明示操作によりカメラで撮影するか、端末標準の写真選択画面で選んだ写真を読み込みます。写真は撮影品質と線候補等の端末内解析に使用します。原本写真は保存済み鑑定データへ含めず、当社サーバーへ送信しません。保存を選んだ場合は、原本写真ではなく解析結果のみを端末内へ保存します。手の写真や解析結果を本人確認、顔認証その他の生体認証には使用しません。
4. 端末内保存とバックアップ
導カード、プロフィール、保存した鑑定結果および設定は、OSが提供する保護機能を利用できるアプリ専用領域へ保存します。当社独自のクラウド同期はありません。
利用端末の設定により、AppleのiCloudバックアップまたはAndroidのバックアップ機能等へアプリデータが含まれる場合があります。バックアップの作成、保存、復元は各OS・サービス提供者の設定と方針に従います。
5. アプリ内購入とストア通信
商品情報の取得、アプリ内購入、購入復元および購入権利の確認では、iOS・iPadOS版はApple App Store、Android版はGoogle Playと通信します。占いの入力、手の写真および鑑定結果を購入通信へ付加しません。購入履歴、取引情報およびストアアカウントはAppleまたはGoogleの方針により管理されます。
Apple App StoreとGoogle Playの購入は別々に管理され、原則としてプラットフォーム間で共有されません。
6. カメラ・写真等の権限
手相撮影のためカメラへのアクセスを求める場合があります。写真から選ぶ場合は、OSが提供する写真選択画面を使用し、利用者が選択した写真のみを受け取ります。権限は端末の設定から変更できます。
アプリは、連絡先、正確な位置情報、マイク、HealthKitまたはヘルスコネクト、広告目的のトラッキング権限を要求しません。将来、機能追加により新たな権限が必要になる場合は、目的を表示し、本ポリシーを改定します。
7. 印刷・共有と外部アプリ
利用者が鑑定書の印刷・共有を明示的に選択すると、OS標準の共有画面が開きます。利用者が選んだプリンター、アプリまたは外部サービスへ鑑定書が渡され、その後の取扱いには共有先のプライバシー方針が適用されます。当社が共有先を自動選択したり、利用者の操作なく送信したりすることはありません。
お問い合わせボタンを選択した場合も、端末のメール機能またはメールアプリを開きます。メールは利用者の明示操作で送信されます。
8. 広告・分析・追跡
アプリには広告SDK、第三者分析SDKおよび利用者追跡SDKを組み込んでいません。アプリ内の占い入力、手の写真または鑑定結果を広告目的で利用しません。
9. 第三者提供
当社はアプリ内の導カード、占い入力、手の写真および鑑定結果を受信しないため、これらを第三者へ提供しません。ストア通信、利用者が選択した印刷・共有先、法令に基づく場合を除き、お問い合わせによって取得した情報を本人の同意なく第三者へ提供しません。業務委託先を利用する場合は必要な範囲に限定し、適切に管理します。
10. お問い合わせとウェブサイト
お問い合わせを受けた場合、送信元メールアドレス、本文、利用者が任意で添付した情報を、返信、問題調査、サービス改善および不正利用防止のために使用します。対応に必要な期間保持し、不要になった後に削除します。ただし、法令上の保存義務がある場合を除きます。
本ウェブサイトはCookieを利用した広告・行動分析を行いません。安全な運用や障害調査のため、ホスティング事業者がIPアドレス、アクセス日時、ブラウザ情報等のアクセスログを自動的に処理する場合があります。言語選択はブラウザ内に保存します。
11. 保存情報の確認と削除
利用者は、アプリ内で導カードの確認・振り返り・個別削除、プロフィールの確認・変更、保存済み鑑定の個別削除、端末内データの全削除を行えます。アプリを削除すると、通常、当該端末のアプリ専用領域にあるデータも削除されます。ストアが管理する購入履歴は、アプリ内データを削除しても削除されません。
当社が受領したお問い合わせ情報の確認、訂正または削除を希望する場合は、本人確認に必要な最小限の情報を添えてお問い合わせください。
12. 子どもの利用、安全管理、改定
未成年者は、必要に応じて保護者の同意と見守りのもとで利用してください。氏名、生年月日、手の写真等を扱う際は共有端末の利用状況にもご注意ください。
当社は取り扱う情報の性質に応じて合理的な安全管理措置を講じます。本ポリシーを変更する場合は、本ページで改定日と内容を公表し、重要な変更はアプリ内表示その他の適切な方法でお知らせします。

エルアンドアールトレードステージ合同会社 (“we”) operates TOKISHIRUBE: Guidance Cards for iOS, iPadOS, and Android, as well as this website. This policy applies across supported versions.

2. Information handled by the app
Depending on selected features, the app handles the following on the device:
- Guidance Card questions, verified facts, assumptions, options, values, decisions, planned actions, review dates, outcomes, and reflections
- An optional reading line and source, the user’s accept, partly accept, or reject choice, and reason
- Birth date, blood type, and determined zodiac sign
- Names entered for Japanese or alphabet-name readings
- Left- and right-palm photos captured or selected by the user
- On-device results such as photo quality, hand geometry, and line candidates
- Saved reading results, calculation methods, and specification versions
- Language, onboarding state, and other app settings
This information supports creating, displaying, saving, reopening, comparing, reviewing, printing or sharing, and deletion.
3. On-device processing, writing assistance, and palm photos
Guidance Card records, reading inputs, and results are generally processed on the user’s device and are not sent to our server. No account registration or proprietary cloud synchronization is used.
On supported operating systems and devices, writing suggestions use an on-device model provided by the operating system. Otherwise, the app displays built-in fixed suggestions. Guidance Card entries are not sent to an AI server operated by us. Suggestions do not make decisions; the user reviews, edits, and accepts or rejects them.
Palm features access the camera or a photo selected through the system picker only after user action. Photos are used for on-device quality checks and line-candidate analysis. Original photos are not included in saved reading data or sent to our server. If the result is saved, only analysis data—not the original photo—is stored locally. Palm photos and analysis are not used for identity verification or biometric authentication.
4. Local storage and backups
Guidance Cards, profiles, saved readings, and settings are stored in the app’s dedicated area using protections provided by the operating system. Depending on device settings, app data may be included in Apple iCloud Backup, Android backup, or a similar service. Creation, retention, and restoration follow the provider’s settings and policies.
5. In-app purchases and store communications
The iOS and iPadOS app communicates with Apple App Store, and the Android app communicates with Google Play, to obtain product information, process purchases, restore purchases, and verify entitlements. Reading inputs, palm photos, and results are not attached. Purchase history, transaction data, and store accounts are managed under Apple’s or Google’s policies. Purchases are generally not shared across the two stores.
6. Camera, photo, and other permissions
Camera access may be requested for palm capture. Photo selection uses the system picker and provides only the photo selected by the user. Permissions can be changed in device settings.
The app does not request contacts, precise location, microphone, HealthKit or Health Connect, or advertising-tracking permission. If a future feature requires a new permission, its purpose will be shown and this policy will be updated.
7. Printing, sharing, and external apps
When the user explicitly chooses to print or share a report, the operating system’s share sheet opens. The report is provided to the printer, app, or service selected by the user, and that destination’s privacy terms apply. We do not select a destination or transmit a report without user action. Contact buttons similarly open a mail function, and email is sent only through explicit user action.
8. Advertising, analytics, and tracking
The app includes no advertising SDK, third-party analytics SDK, or user-tracking SDK. Reading inputs, palm photos, and results are not used for advertising.
9. Disclosure to third parties
Because we do not receive Guidance Cards, in-app reading inputs, palm photos, or results, we do not disclose them to third parties. Exceptions are store communications, destinations explicitly selected for printing or sharing, and disclosures required by law. Inquiry information is not disclosed without consent except where legally required. Service providers, if used, receive only necessary access under appropriate safeguards.
10. Support inquiries and this website
We use the sender’s email address, message, and voluntarily attached information to respond, investigate issues, improve the service, and prevent misuse. We retain it only as long as necessary, except where law requires retention.
This website does not use cookies for advertising or behavioral analytics. Its hosting provider may automatically process access logs such as IP address, access time, and browser information for secure operation and troubleshooting. The selected site language is stored in the browser.
11. Review and deletion
Users can review, reflect on, or delete individual Guidance Cards; review or change a profile; delete individual saved readings; or delete all local app data. Deleting the app normally removes its dedicated local data. Purchase history managed by the app store is not deleted with local app data. To request access, correction, or deletion of inquiry information we hold, contact us with only the minimum information required for verification.
12. Children, security, and updates
Minors should use the app with parental consent and supervision where appropriate, especially when handling names, birth dates, or palm photos on a shared device. We apply reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information handled. Policy changes will be published here with an updated date, and material changes will also be communicated through the app or another appropriate method.
